Castro dictatorship gives generous raise to medical workers in Cuba

The magnanimity of Cuban dictator Raul Castro knows no bounds. In a report from Café Fuerte, we learn that Cuba's totalitarian regime has decreed a generous raise for Cuba's medical workers, who on average make an astoundingly ridiculous $25 a month in salary.
Here is how much extra cash these medical professionals can expect:
Doctors and dentists working the graveyard shift: .08 cent raise per hour
Nurses working the late shift: .02 cent raise per hour
Nurses working the graveyard shift: .04 cent raise per hour
Medical technicians working the late shift: .01 cent raise per hour
Medical technicians working the graveyard shift: .02 cent raise per hour
No word yet on what these medical professionals are going to do with all this extra cash.
