Spain’s Left, Right, and Rosa Maria Paya

Juan Abreu in his Emanaciones #1380 (my translation):

1380

Rosa Maria Paya, daughter of Oswaldo Paya, has visited Spain in search of support for an impartial investigation into the death of her father. What has Ms. Paya found in Spain? She has found disdain and cowardice.

Garcia Margallo, minister from the PP, has behaved like a vulgar and boorish thug. He has promised the daughter of the dissident Paya to “not intefere in the investigation.” Not interfere? What does that mean, that there was a possibility he would interfere and obstruct the investigation? That is how miserable the right in Spain acts with the victims of the Cuban dictatorship.

And the left? Well, the PSOE refused to meet with the daughter of the assassinated dissident and on top of that, accused her of “using her father’s death for political gain.” Did anyone expect anything else? No one did, of course. This far along we all know that the Spanish left is nothing more than a bunch of men on all fours begging the Cuban dictatorship to have their way with them.
