Raul Castro basks in the glow of a phony reformist posture that is readily praised by many throughout the world. Of course, a "reformer" such as Raul would never kidnap dissidents and "dissapear" them, Pinochet-style.
No, of course not. The crime of "disappearing" opponents can only be committed by right-wing military juntas. Left-wing military juntas, such as the one that rules Castrogonia, wouldn't even know how to do such a thing, much less be heartless enough to do carry it out.
