Thought of the day – The lack of imagination of Cuba’s propagandists
Today's Thought of the Day comes from Enrique Del Risco on the lack of imagination displayed by the writers/propagandists of the Castro dictatorship.
We have already become accustomed to how Cuban writers are asked why they continue to live in Cuba when in reality they spend ten to eleven months of the year touring throughout the world. What I do not understand is that they unfailingly respond by saying they cannot imagine living anywhere else but Cuba. Don't you think that for being writers, this response displays a lack of imagination?
