Cuba's President Raúl Castro arrived in Caracas to attend the commemoration of the first anniversary of the death of President Hugo Chávez and visited his tomb in west Caracas.

The Cuban president arrived in the Cuartel de la Montaña, west Caracas, where Chávez's remains rest, and laid a white rose on Chávez's tomb.

Watch what happens to the Cuban flag at the ceremony greeting Venezuela's foreign emperor.
