Inter-American Commission on Human Rights releases 2013 report, addresses repression in Cuba

The IACHR has released its 2013 annual report on human rights, and the dire situation in Cuba can be found in Chapter IV. It turns out that in spite of the glorious reviews being given to the apartheid dictatorship of the Castro family in Cuba by the media and "Cuba Experts," Cuba remains a repressive totalitarian state that continues to commit human rights atrocities.
