Comic relief of the day… not so funny for one dad.
Malcriado del Año (Spoiled Brat of the Year)
My dad was very fond of repeating an old Spanish proverb whenever my brother and I pulled some dumb-ass stunt and screwed up his day, or when he heard of some other adult inconvenienced by a kid's misbehavior.
“Los que se acuestan con niños, meados amanecen.” Rough translation: "If you bring your kids to bed with you, expect to wake up soaked in piss."
I wonder what exquisite punishment this young artist can expect when his dad finally gets home?
Son doodles on dad's passport and gets him stranded in South Korea
A Chinese man is stuck in South Korea after his 4-year-old son doodled all over his passport, leaving him unable to fly home with his family.
The budding artist took to his father’s passport with a black felt tip pen, making his dad’s eyes and lips bigger and drawing extra facial hair all over his head.
The boy also drew some animals, a few additional people and some flowers.
The man — whose name is only given as Chen — tried to board his flight back to China from South Korea but was stopped by security.
His family is believed to have flown home but Chen is still stranded in South Korea, forcing him to take to Chinese social networking site Weibo to try and find a solution.
This dad “can’t return to the country,” a May 16 Weibo post reads. “What is [he] to do? Please help.”
So far no solutions have presented themselves. While the 4-year-old shows some talent for drawing, we suspect that this artwork is not going straight to the fridge door when his dad eventually gets back to China.
