Silent vigil honoring the victims of the ’13 de Marzo’ Tugboat Massacre in Cuba

Yesterday in Washington D.C. and New York City, in front of the Cuban Interests Section and Cuba's UN mission respectively, human rights activists and former political prisoners took part in a silent vigil honoring the victims of the "13 de Marzo" Tugboat Massacre in Cuba, where 37 children, women, and men were assassinated by the Castro dictatorship 20 years ago this year.
