Above: Old friends (communist spies) meet again in Havana! Courtesy of U.S. State Dept.!
“After 24 years I returned to Havana. The State Dept. invited me to the flag-raising ceremny at the American embassy and the reception at the ambassador’s residence. At 5:40 Am on Aug. 12, I received the (Cuban) visa and left the next day…” (Marifeli Perez-Stable in yesterday’s Miami Herald.)
(On left holding pistol and preparing to fire the coup de grace, Communist murderer Rene Rodriguez Cruz. 1959.)
On right the same Rene Rodriguez Cruz in Havana with his U.S.- based Castroite colleague (on far left) Marifeli Perez-Stable, 1978. (H/T to Prof Antonio de la Cova for pic.)
Don’t look for this Cuban spy expose’ in the mainstream media, amigos. This is for the benefit of you: our many and valued amigos who actually have a life outside the tiny Cuban-American informational ghetto. America’s top Cuban spycatcher, retired Lt. Col. of the Defense Intelligence Agency Chris Simmons, identified Marifeli Perez-Stable as a Cuban agent:
“I had access to a colleague who debriefing a former DI [Cuban Directorate of Intelligence] officer who was working what is called M-1 U.S. targets… in the early first half of the 1990s. Now, this is the critical part because she [Marifeli Perez-Stable] says that her support of the regime ended back in the eighties. Her (KGB-trained Cuban) case officer recalled meeting with her in Ottawa, Canada, in mid 1991, and she (Marifeli Perez-Stable) was still an active agent of Cuban intelligence... So, her usefulness to the regime ended when that second officer stepped forward.” (Lt. Col. Christopher S. Simmons, U.S. Army counterintelligence officer, quoted from interview on Babalublog radio, August 6, 2008.”)
Btw, on top of being an honored guest of the U.S. State Dept., Ms Perez-Stable’s credentials include the following: member of Council on Foreign Relations and COMEXI, (the Mexican Council on Foreign Relations.) Miami Herald contributor, Florida International University professor.
“Le RRRONCA!!!”
As with any number of fellow travelers, useful idiots or willing tools of Castro, Inc., I really don’t care to see or hear of this woman, for both they and she have proved much too disgusting already to intrude further upon my consciousness. Even my vast reserves of contempt should not be importuned yet again, especially when there are so many deserving recipients who are much more important and/or relevant. I don’t need to be reminded of our indignity and disgrace as a people; I’m plenty conscious of that as it is.
Still, you gotta love that 1978 photo. All of those in it look precisely like what they are, which I hardly need to specify. Lord, the nausea.
Well, I followed the link to the Herald piece, and the minute I saw the woman’s photo, I was reminded of someone else: Ethel Rosenberg. Funny how the mind works.
