Logan Act: “Any citizen of the United States, wherever he may be, who, without authority of the United States, directly or indirectly commences or carries on any correspondence or intercourse with any foreign government or any officer or agent thereof, with intent to influence the measures or conduct of any foreign government or of any officer or agent thereof, in relation to any disputes or controversies with the United States, or to defeat the measures of the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both.”
Most of the encounters shown above took place during Republican administrations. So NO WAY these U.S. citizens had “executive authority” for “intercourse” (probably LITERALLY true in the case of Barbara Walters) with a foreign potentate.

And the blatant double standard on display here is very easy to explain: that’s the norm. A corrupt and brazenly partisan media is also the norm, so get ready for the same sort of thing happening ad nauseam as long as Trump (or any Republican) is president. And no, the usual suspects have no shame–they don’t see any need for even pretending to have it.
