…I’ll take “compounds” for a thousand, Alex.
Our new property is in town and literally right around the corner from the Peace House. It is a beautiful, wooded 5 acres of land that will be ideal for our expanding peace population and for hosting our growing family. We are looking forward to being good neighbors in Crawford whenever we are there and we are looking forward to having good neighbors, also.
I think the people of Crawford are beginning to understand that we come in peace and love and that we just have an issue with just one resident: George Bush. Even though we don’t agree politically with many of our neighbors we hope to enjoy a cordial relationship with everyone.
Branch Davidians, anyone?
Hopefully the late August Texas heat will help burn off some of that flab she built up during her fast.
I am way too familiar with that part of the country for my own good, having lived and worked in Waco for more than seven years during the 1990s, including for the Branch Davidian siege and fire in 1993. The Crawford area is beautiful. However, it really is no place any sane person would want to be in August, which might explain Sheehan’s affinity. (As for Bush’s, well, he was raised in Texas, so he knew what he was getting himself into.)
There really is no comparison between Sheehan and Koresh — more people took Koresh seriously.
This loony grief-card con artist is not only taking a risk with the TX temperatures, but also … (ta-daaaa) … our Texas GUNS.
Fence that yard, Cindy. This ain’t Woodstock.
no se supone que you are “away”?
reminds me of that joke I heard once; that the most daring feat any daredevil can do is to drive through texas with a bumper sticker saying: “I’m Gay, “I voted for Kerry,” and “I’m here to take your guns.”
I can see these loons now, getting wasted eating mushrooms growing off of the cow patties….
maybe the drugs will bring some sanity to them..

[Carlos Mencia laugh] Ha haaa!!! yeah, the relationship is going to be real cordial when dove season starts. For those of you who don’t know, dove season here in Texas is HUGE. Thousands of hunters shoot millions of doves during the season. In that area of Texas they will be hearing some gunfire just like they did at their illegal campsite near the presidents ranch. What can they do about it? Nothing. This is America and it’s Texas. We live in the most free state in the most free country in the world. When they start complaining the “cordial” relationship will bw over. F-U Cindy!

What’s the implication here? Is it that she will be shot? Please help me understand this, because if I’m not mistaken this reads as follows: she runs the risk of being shot for exercising her right as guaranteed by the oldest, most fundamental and cherished set of laws of this country to voice her opinion freely. Interesting. So is this the new kind of democracy that dubya keeps touting to the rest of the World? Shoot, by that measure, I guess Iraq isn’t so bad off after all.
