Actually, they remind me of the three (women?) Borat interviewed in his movie. They belonged to some womens’ rights organization and it appeared that the only right they were concerned about was the right to look and dress like a man.
Cindy Sheehan and her CodePink cohorts have no concept of reality. No matter how much information you give them, like all good liberals, they look the other way when it’s not convenient. They live in a world they fabricated in their minds and facts, statistics, and realities play no role in their thinking. They only accept information that fits into their respective view of the world.
So, we can argue all we want, they won’t see it – they can’t see it. It’s frustrating, I know; I’ve had my share of frustrating discussions with lefties that have no concept of history. Their opinions are based on “feelings”, not facts. Once you present facts, that makes them think instead of feel and we all know, it’s easier to feel than to think. So they eschew the facts and return to their “feelings” for it is far easier to deal with.
Don’t get me wrong, I don’t believe we should give up the fight. I just think we need to concentrate our efforts on exposing these people, such as Cindy Sheehan, for their hypocrisy instead of wasting our energy arguing with them.

Besides being ignored by the media, would I be imprisoned by the government there?
