  1. I use the traditional cafetera-the cheap aluminum ones made in Italy or Venezuela-use it for a year and throw it away. The nice stainless steel ones I use only for decoration. 4-5 times a day; Cafe Pilon or whenever I get down to Colombia I bring back a 5lb bag of “Cafe Oma Seleccion Especial” (www.cafeoma.com)-the best “Cuban” coffee I’ve ever had.

  2. I have a pro Delonghi machine which I’ve programmed to make cafeteria quality cafe. I have 4 shots each morning….

  3. 2 in the morning and sometimes 2 more in the afternoon. Cafe La Llave or Bustelo. Stove top, definitely stove top. The best part is how the whole house ends up smelling like cafe.

  4. Embarrassed to admit it, but I can only have one in the morning. Made in the tiny-one-cup Italian stovetop model. Must be Bustelo. Con AZUCAR!
If I had more than that I would be awake until next Tuesday. =D
