Folks, the start of Cuba Nostalgia 2007 is seventeen days away. This will be my third year at this event and it gets better every year. I hope all of you have dug deep into your pockets to throw some billetes our way.
In addition to filthy luchre, we need volunteers to man the booth. We need to fill two- and four-hour blocks on all three days. So we need as many bloggers and other interested parties who wish to help with time to write me at this email address:
The dates for the show are as follows:
- Friday, May 18, 2007 – 11:00 A.M. to 11:00 P.M.
- Saturday, May 19, 2007 – 11:00 A.M. to 11:00 P.M.
- Sunday, May 20, 2007 – 11:00 A.M. to 10:00 P.M.
Please write me and the early birds will get the best slots. We would appreciate that if you have a morning slot you arrive a little early (and bring cafecito and pastelitos). It’s better for us us to have more folks than less so we can ensure our booth is manned for the entire time the show is open.
