  1. So, it’s all about the oil . . . surprise, surprise, surprise (please use Gomar Pyle voice when reading that).
    As for the efforts to counter Helms-Burton – this is of course a bid to protect Spanish companies trafficking in looted Cuban businesses. It’s always great when nations write a blank check for theft. Sheesh.
