Hot Air from Cuba

Cuban state media reports that the country has started to use wind as a source of energy.

“This is an effort of the Cuban state to use renewable, lasting energy sources, which damage neither human life nor environment.”

I wonder if the Cuban dictatorship will extend that concern for human life to Cubans, who are subject to arbitrary arrests, executions, and systematically denied all human rights.
As for their claim of concern for the environment, surely they don’t expect anyone to take that seriously, not with raw sewage running in the streets of Havana.
