Recently we posted about how the NYT Times has Babalu listed as a “rabid anti-castro forum”, a badge we wear with honor. Well it turns out the Cuba resources page where that listing appears has google ads on it. You’ll be happy to know that one of the ads that is sometimes served in that spot promises “Cuban women for marriage and relations.”
Google’s motto is “Don’t be evil” but it appears that perhaps they don’t mind enabling it, and that the old gray lady” is actually a madam.

Hey, isn’t one of the Google head honchos a Cuban?
Hey! I take exception to that “rabid.” Is that really how “the paper of record” should refer to anything unless it is a diseased dog, squirrel, or the like. Very unprofessional of them. I guess it’s time to pay their “contact us” a visit. Ta, ta.
Yeah, that is very unprofessional. Although you may wear it with pride, Conductor, I doubt non-Cubans would take the same slant. I think that we should all contact:

Funny, I don’t recall The Old Gray Bag or anyone from her media coffee klatch ever referring to anyone as “rabidly anti-KKK” or “rabidly anti-Nazi” or “rabidly anybody we at NYT (rabidly) hate”.
Apparently not only no enemies but no ‘rabies’ on the left either.
This means you’re doing something right!
Yep, wear the badge with honor!!
