Michael Moore may think Cuban health care is something special.
But given the chance to go to Spain to receive for medical conditions aggravated by his almost four years in fidel castro’s gulag, former political prisoner Hector Palacios took it.
After his arrival in Madrid on Friday, Palacios told Efe that the fact he had to go overseas for medical care, is a “symptom of the weakness of the government.”
