Throw a party and you run the chances that some jerk is going to show up uninvited. Siempre se tiene que aparecer un comemier…

Today’s news that Fidel Castro has retired from leading his nation proves yet again that this important figure defies the attempts of his critics to paint him simply as a power-hungry authoritarian. Instead, it proves that Castro sees clearly the long-term interests of the Cuban people and recognizes that they are best served by a carefully planned transition. Few leaders, having been on the front lines of history so long, would be able to voluntarily step aside in favor of a new, younger generation. In taking this action, Castro is ensuring that the changes he brought about will live on and grow.
If you have the stomach you can read the rest of what the distinguished gentleman from the Bronx has to say about a murderous and vile dictator, courtesy of the New York Times, HERE.
Or, you can just tell this representative of the United States just how you feel about his comments HERE.
Is representative democracy great or what?
A true enemy of the Cuban people, of democracy, of human rights, and every other imaginable good of human kind!
Serrano es un penco.
F*ck Jamon E. Serrano.
Come on Machete, tell us how you really feel! LOL
Serrano is a pimp.
You want a true hero? Try George Washington. He had absolute power and voluntarily gave it up. The only leader to have done so.
Castro held it for 5 decades. He did not give it up; he’s dead.
I’m getting ill reading his quote.
we need this guy like we need a hot poker up our arse.
Serrano is a pimp and a hypocrite.
A congressman who was elected into office should show more respect for democracy.
…defies the attempts of his critics to paint him simply as a power-hungry authoritarian.
Oh yeah. A resignation in the 11th hour and 59th minute after having ruled for 49 years is evidence of his selflessness. Que cara dura tiene ese come mierda.

It’s so sickening. It’s almost as if he’s trying to get a rise out of us. Even a shill for Castro like Serrano CANNOT believe what he’s writing! By the way, the interesting think about Serrano is that he used to be anti-Castro. He used to go to anti-Castro demonstrations and speak out against Castro and then he started inexplicably from one day to the next [was he blackmailed? does Castro have a porn flick with Serrano and a prostitute? was he bribed?] to shill for Castro. In any case, Serrano who is the most inept Congressman around–he represents one the poorest districts in the USA, the South Bronx, but never does anything to help his constituents—only gets media attention whenever he praises Castro. Which is probably one reason why he is always praising that piece of shit.
I wrote to him demanding an apology — I encourage others to, as well.
Apology? People like him should be treated the same way our fallen comrade’s were treated by Castro and Che-puta. I’m still waiting for the bloodshed to begin. Maybe I’m the only one, but to have true change in Cuba, the streets must flow of blood. What, do you just expect us to forget what happend, how many fathers, brothers, sisters and mothers were killed, raped and tortured. I’m sorry but I refuse to forgive and forget. This regime must be brought to justice one way or another. It is sad to say, but without this type of change. Everything and I mean everything will stay the same.
Ready to Shoot, the example to follow is Eastern Europe: Poland; Czech Republic; etc.
Blood on the streets is the language of Che and his cronies. Justice should be our mantra. Those guilty of crimes against humanity should be tried in a court of law with full due process. To do otherwise would make us no better than them.
What’s really disturbing and really scary is not that this one guy is an abject lying asshole, but that he STILL got elected and has remained in office. What does that say about people who vote for him?
This guy is well,,este tipo es una basura. He was always a communist. he’s one of the most reprehensable political figures in New York. The real tragedy behind this guy’s mask is that while he spends his time poking his nose in international affairs his district in New York is a disaster. Nothing gets better. he gest nothing done except bring some “bone” money to keep his constituency surviving. And he gets elected again and again. It’s sad. I am not surprise if once our country becomes a democracy he becomes a pro “democracy activist”. Good post!
Have a great radio hour. I can’t listen to it live from here but I know you guys will have a great show with a lot of energy.
Take care
