Friends,
The good folks at Hannity & Colmes invited me on their show for tonight. As luck would have it, Ollie North–one of my heroes–is subbing for Sean. Should be fun.

Most excellent, Humberto! I’ll be glued to the set. Give ’em hell! Not Ollie, of course.
There is a site called “men who look like old lesbians”. Alan Colmes should be featured there. Henry has a great “Alan Colmes looks like an old lesbian” story which is why I though of it. They do have Walter Mercado on the site though:

It’s Friday. I’m bored, what can I say…
Nice link, Dan. Someone should put up a Hillary Clinton or Walter Mercado picture quiz.
Time of the show and channel needed, please! I saw it with the hospital’s videos, but don’t remember. I need the time to look for the guide over this lovely Rocky Mountains…
Lúcete!
Only to see you, Humberto, would I sit through an hour of having to look and listen to Alan Colmes. DALE DURO and don’t let them bump you this time! Tell Ollie he is awesome!

Hillary and Walter Mercado were separated at birth.
Humberto,
That’s great! I know you have little control of questions, statements and time, but it would be great if you seize this opportunity to give a condensed course on the reality of Cuba and educate the Fox audience about “unchallenged” misconceptions and myths regarding Cuba! You are so qualified to do this!!! I know I don’t know much, but maybe mention the following … and I know there’s plenty more …
– Embargo: How it came to be; how could it be the cause of Cuban’s misery, when the USA is the only country honoring it and it excludes medicine, food, etc.
– Elections in Cuba: People constantly make the statement about Castro having the support of the Cubans in the island … There’s not a free electoral process; castro has been “re-elected” all these years because his name is the only “choice” given to the electorate.
– Tourism Apartheid: Many are ignorant that this is practice in Cuba!
– Free Education: Not such a thing! Moreover, you don’t have the freedom to decide your field of education, if any! Besides forced indoctrination, every cuban student has to spend time in la agricultura, where they are forced to work the fields for weeks and have to meet quotas.
– Lack of basic human rights! Access to the internet
– “Regular” Cubans are not free to travel outside the country. (explain why?)
– The constant: “How come we do business with China which is communist, but not with Cuba? China has slowly taken steps toward a free market economy. Unlike the castro’s regime, which has not shown any sign of economic reform, or economic freedom, China has slowly embraced free enterprise and competition. In Cuba, there’s only one “King Pimp” and the rest of the Cubans can only work and produce for him!!!
I wish you well 🙂 Melek

Did you see Ollie’s Townhall editorial?

I believe he’ll provide a great platform for “El Cirujano.”
Did Alan Colmes just referred to raul as “someone new about to get into power”? Is he really that naive or just plain stupid?
Great job tonight, Humberto. I wish they would’ve given you the last word, but Colmes stole it away from you. At least North didn’t let him get away with it in the end.
