Did you notice anything missing?
Where’s the Granma story? How about Juventud Rebelde, Periodico 26 or Prensa Latina?
One would think that the Cuban people would be delighted to know about their newfound right to own a cell phone (if they can afford one).
Makes me wonder that all of these “reforms” are for international consumption more than anything else.
How long before the MSM dummies figure out that they are being played like cheap fiddles? Or do they even care?
Granma Si –
Only Raulito’s “Granma” can afford a cell phone under his “reform.” Nice try Raulito. When Dr. Biscet is provided with a Cell Phone – yo le creo!

Granma has the story:

What Granma doesn’t have (nor the MSM)
Cubans have been using mobile phones for quite a while, usually provided by tourists and foreign friends who left the country.
(Some very special friends of the Cuban opposition have introduced hundreds of uncontrolled mobile phones into Cuba. The prepaid plan is bought by a tourist who will not return. When the amount is spent, another tourist is “used”)
A nightmare for Minint because it takes them too long to find out who is who.
Allowing mobile phones (of course only a few will be able to afford them) allows for better control.

The ball is in our court now. How we play this game and how it ends depends on US.
raulita is going to bleed the exiles dry if we let him.
