  1. I see the petition is up to 516,000 signatures; that’s almost 100,000 signatures in one day. I urge everybody to tell everybody they know.

    And speaking of energy independence, check out this fascinating new development: “J.C. Bell, an agricultural researcher and CEO of Bell Bio-Energy, Inc., says he’s isolated and modified specific bacteria that will, on a very large scale, naturally change plant material – including the leftovers from food – into hydrocarbons to fuel cars and trucks.” This seems to be the Real Deal and could change the world as we know it, if true… ojalá!!!
