  2. With this map – UNFORTUNATELY – Tie Goes to the Majority Party in Congress at the Time of the Election. Just as it would have in 2000 barring the BUSH v. GORE decision. Says one thing – Get Out Your Vote as if your life depended on it. It just MIGHT. -S-
