FFC, their excuse will likely be that because the provision was included within the spending, I mean pork, bill, they had no choice.
This is a very controversial topic, I’m assuming the easing of the restrictions was for family members right? or is this across the board any American can travel?
this reverses the sanctions imposed by President Bush as to family members.
The bill that would allow anyone to travel to Cuba and the one that ends the embargo are not up for a vote yet.
Never, ever trust a Democrat (or a Dem pretending to be a Republican). That’s the lesson learned.
I’m with you George.
Have a feeling that sales of “Caja Chinas” are going to skyrocket to handle all these pork surpluses.
I’ve said it once, I’ll say it a million times…you all knew that this was going to happen when the Dems were taking over – so why didn’t we at least try to get some worthless deal when W was in charge. If you think this is where it is going to end you are sadly mistaken. If we’re lucky we only have to put up with this for four years but looking at our bench it could be 8 years. If Obama and the Dems get 8 years…I guarantee we will have dipolomatic relations and trade with Cuba, regardless of who is running it.
Congrats on sticking to your guns on sticking to your guns…you’re going to get squat.

Well, how wonderful to know that with friends like them who needs enemies.
Thank you for the link, Cigar Mike. My congressman is from California, and he voted no on this measure. Here’s a video of Mr. Devin Nunes.
