Stick to your guns, Senator Menendez

The pro-castro omnibus bill is one vote short.

Behind the scenes, Reid had to struggle with one in his own leadership, Sen. Robert Menendez (D-N.J.), who was upset with Cuba-related provisions in the bill. Efforts were under way to try to win back the New Jersey Democrat with a letter from Treasury addressing his concerns, but these appear to have been unsuccessful.

Contact your State Senators and urge them to not support the omnibus as long as the Cuba language remains, here are Florida’s:

  1. I, too, am vehemently against this omnibus bill, but then again I was also against Tarp 1 and 2.

However, 35-40% of Cuban Americans voted for Barack Hussein Obama,Jr. knowing full well what he was going to do and CANF, amongst others like Menendez, cowardly, gave him cover!!

Martinez and Crist were also disastrous for the GOP in November (because Mr. Green Lizard wasn’t picked for VP)….we lost St Pete, Tampa, Orlando, barely won the i-4 corridor for Heaven’s sake.
