Well now, the Hotel is to be more or less “Built” by a Qatari Company to revive Old Havana. In the heyday of Old Havana, CUBA was the Pearl of the Antilles, and the people of Qatar were most known for being Pearl Divers in a small Peninsula on the Arabian Coast protected by the British Royal Navy. Amazing how 50 years can change things – Great Job “Castro, Inc.” My only question is how soon after the Hotel is built will the regime apply the muscle to their Qatari Partner to marginalize them and grab the hotel. -S-
