Is this the sentence containing that part that pissed you off?

Val, I think it’s this one:
“While Cuba is among the safest countries in the hemisphere..”
It matches perfectly with “the most educated and healthy” b.s. line they’ve been feeding the world. Sick conventional wisdom with no critical analysis.

This article made no sense, and when I read that sentence, I lost it.
They probably want to know the identities of citizens who have weapons. Do you think anyone will be stupid enough to go register and get on that list?
If they have any brains at all, this is a clear notice to get out the plastic bags and cosmoline and start digging.
This reminds me of a scene in the movie “Red Dawn.” The castroite Cubans take over some place in the Midwest and the Cuban general tells one of his aides to locate the local weapons registry records so they can round up anyone who is armed before they can cause “trouble” for the invading Cuban army. BTW, my guess was either what Lori G. said or what Mambi said. Both lines were anger inducing.
