The MSM flunked math

Because they certainly have major major issues with putting two and two together.

Lots of reports out there just like this one from Business Week related to Cuba sending “Vice President” Ramiro Valdes to Venezuela help with their current “energy crisis.”

The socialist leader announced that Cuban Vice President Ramiro Valdes had arrived on Tuesday to head a Cuban team advising Venezuela on its efforts to reduce energy consumption.

He gave few details of what Valdes would do, but the announcement bewildered some.

Now, you read all the articles and stories on this from the MSM and you are basically led to believe that Valdez is some kind of engineering phenom. Well, he’s not.

While it’s true that Valdez once served as the director of Copextel (Cuba’s communications and electronics entity), which later became an arm of the Ministry of Information Technology and Communications, his real claim to fame has been and still is his intolerance, ruthlessness and expertise in intelligence, torture and murder. He is the regime’s ultimate henchman.

So, for those of us outside the MSM who still have the ability to recognize the equation and put two and tow together:

Valdes is now in Venezuela not to assist with their current blackouts and energy crisis. He’s there to offer his expertise on how to quell the recent dissent in Venezuela and attempt to put a more brutal end to the protests in Caracas and elsewhere in Venezuela.

And, while he’s at it, maybe do a thing or two about the excess of communications and availability of information in that country.

So, for those MSM’ers sitting at the back of the math class passing each other scribbles and pasting boogers under the desktops, those are the “details of what Valdes will do.” Two plus two is four, guys. Do your damned homework for a change.

If you think this past weekend’s brutality towards anti-Chavez protesters was bad, you aint seen nothing yet. Chavez just brought in the best professional for the job.

More: Pong knows the deal, too:

  1. The marxstream media believes that citizens are as stupid as are they.

    1. Does the complicit drive-by media see any irony in a Cuban ‘engineer’ solving the ‘energy crisis’ in a country that’s literally drowning in oil, and until recently was one of the world’s greatest energy-exporters?

    No? Nothing contradictory there?

    OK.

    2. Isn’t el Ramirito one of the original revolutionaries whose expertise as you say lies in torture, murder, and clearly, in stifling the free flow of all those inconvenient videos which show Ooogoo’s thugs torturing, shooting, and murdering Venezuelan citizens?

    No? They didn’t see that?

    OK.

I mean, the information is out there if they’d care to peruse it, but the marxstream press is busy as usual, plopped in their mid-town manhattan cubicles, stuffing their pie-holes with fatso food from the corner deli, and exhaling marxism by the bushel.

    To blazes with them.

And kudos to babalublog, the real cuba, kill-castro, and other fine sites who value truth.
