Biscet’s release leaves three ‘Group of 75’ prisoners in Castro gulag
As significant as is the release of Dr. Oscar Elias Biscet, it is vital that we remember three other prisoners still in jail since the “black spring” of 2003 and who like Biscet had refused to accept forced exile as a condition of their release, as negotiated by Catholic Cardinal Jaime Ortega, the Spanish government and the Castro dictatorship.
