Quote of the day

Juan Juan Almeida on Aleida Guevara March, the daughter of Ernesto “Che” Guevara, at Baracutey Cubano (my translation):

“Ms. Guevara March, transformed into a doctor, an opportunist by heredity, and an active nymphomaniac, possesses a special attraction for famous men who she sells the mythical portrait of her father like candy. That is how she did it in Nicaragua with the executed General, throughout the world with an Italian journalist, in Havana with a Hollywood actor, and with an Argentine businessman. To each of them she opened her legs, and the doors of power. With an arrogant attitude and outlandish attire, she gains profit by acting like a clone of a decadent doctrine, which is simply a scam. Her dignity is measured in dollars; and her loyalty in privileges.”

  1. The same source, an insider in a position to know, says that, while Ms. Guevara was learning to drive, she killed someone, presumably an ordinary Cuban. Needless to say, the matter was “taken care of” and she went on her merry way.
