Cuban dictator Raul Castro announced today that general elections on the island will be held in October of this year.

Actually, it is Castro-style elections where the Cuban people are given the choice of voting for only one candidate, which was hand-picked by the Cuban Communist Party and guarantees the Castro regime’s continued stranglehold on power.
Raúl to kid: “Say, you look promising. I’ll give Ortega a call and see if his people are looking for more altar boys. Of course, I know they are, but that way I’ll look generous and shit, and they’ll owe me even more.”
