In an earlier post I mentioned that political commentator David Frum believes that Paul Ryan would be a bad choice for Mitt Romney to run as his VP nominee. As Rich Lowry rightly points out, “Ryan is an ideologue in the best sense of the term. He is motivated by ideas and knows what he believes and why. But he’s not blinkered. He is an explainer and a persuader.”
