Will a new German law cover Cuban prostitutes?

Anyone who goes to Castrolandia as a tourist implicitly admits that Cubans are somehow inferior, exploitable beings, even subhuman. This is especially true of those who keep the Cuban sex tourism industry in business.

So, now that Germany is about to outlaw beastiality — not to condemn that sort of behavior, but to “protect” the rights of animals — the question arises: will the law also apply to Germans who hire prostitutes in Castrolandia?

Euroethics. Wow. What a culture.   From the BBC:

Animal welfare: Germany moves to ban bestiality

The German parliament is expected to vote on the law next month

Germany’s ruling coalition is calling for a ban on bestiality – or the practice of having sex with animals.

The German parliament’s agriculture committee is considering making it an offence not only to hurt an animal but also to force it into unnatural sex. Offenders could face a hefty fine.

A final vote will be held in the Bundestag (lower house) on 14 December.

Germany legalised bestiality (zoophilia) in 1969, except when the animal suffered “significant harm”.

But animal rights groups have campaigned for a change in the law and Hans-Michael Goldmann, the head of the parliamentary committee investigating the new amendment, told the Tageszeitung newspaper that the new legislation was intended to clarify the current legal position.

“With this explicit ban, it will be easier to impose penalties and to improve animal protection.”

A fine of up to 25,000 euros (£20,000) is proposed if someone forces an animal to commit “actions alien to the species”.

But Michael Kiok, the chairman of the pressure group Zoophile Engagement for Tolerance and Information (Zeta), said he was going to take legal action to fight the proposed changes.

“It is unthinkable that any sexual act with an animal is punished without proof that the animal has come to any harm,” he said, adding that animals are capable of showing what they do, or do not, want to do.

“We see animals as partners and not as a means of gratification. We don’t force them to do anything. Animals are much easier to understand than women,” Mr Kiok claimed.

Bestiality is banned in many European countries, including the Netherlands, France and Switzerland.

The law was changed in the UK in 2003, which reduced the maximum sentence from life imprisonment to two years.

The act however, is permissible in Belgium, Denmark and Sweden, though Stockholm is considering a change in the legislation.

  1. Well, the two are different things, very different things.

The real question is, when will Europe stop excusing and financing a regime so immoral, obstructive, useless, and destructive that prostitution is the only independent trade permitted under its watch. When will there ever be any international morality.

Any nation under such regime is unarguably slaved and any nation slaved by such regime is unarguably bound to become a crap-hole. As a result, any free nation that defends and finances such imposed aberration over any people, is worst than indifferent, is no more than a daring hypocrite and an immoral accomplice exploiting and prolonging foreign misfortune. So much for the U.N.

Prostitution, in one way or another, is practically legal in all Latin America except Puerto Rico where the very police protects the bordellos; so yeah, that’s how “illegal” it is there too. Cuba’s problems go beyond prostitution and so does the world’s relationship with Castro’s tyranny. Cuba as a whole has been pimped since 1959.

Cuba’s rampant prostitution, one that also includes child prostitution, is just another result of a regime that runs an entire nation like a low life pimp and has left an once booming republic so oppressed, ruined, and hideous that it now looks like a crack whore whose pictures of its past only break your heart.

Granted, after the fall of the USSR the communist slave-masters would have not been able to continue doing being so if it wasn’t for the complicitness of the free world who never had any problem being their johns.
