Meet Republican Senate candidate Annette Bosworth, foe of big government, friend of family values–who worships Che Guevara

Annette Bosworth. Mother, Wife, Physician, Small Business Owner, (Republican) Candidate for United States Senate

From her Facebook page:

“Che Guavera- You are my beacon!”

(that’s Bosworth’s spelling, not mine, which explains a lot right there.)

Some of her major campaign themes:

“I think we need smaller government. Sometimes smaller is better.”

“The government–especially the IRS–is increasingly invading our privacy.”

“Government intrusion into our daily lives seems to have no bounds.”

“God is GOOD. All the time!”

Her major concern: (under Pres. Obama) “we are losing our freedom.”

“As your next Senator I vow to oppose any threat to our personal freedom and any weakening of our Constitutional rights!”

“Che Guavera- You are my beacon!”

The folks below found it impossible to become indignant at Annette Bosworth. She seems like a nice gal who means well. Instead they could only:

  1. Bosworth seems to have scrubbed the Che t-shirt photo and comment from her Facebook page. One could recommend she sit down for a chat with Marco Rubio about the real Che, but that kind of weapons-grade cluelessness is incurable. The GOP does not need this fool.

  2. Uh, why is Palin gotten up like that? Can’t she see she’s playing straight into an SNL skit? True, SNL would lampoon her even if she dressed like Audrey Hepburn, but still. Bad idea.
