Well, well…. as Jerry kept pulling rabbits out of the hat..Panamanian authorities keep pulling surprises from the Chon Chon Gang. This latest from Venezuelan journalist Nelson Bocaranda in RunRunes:

An entire container full of Dollar and Euro bills was found in the ship. Investigations to determine if they’re counterfeit, as presumed, will soon begin. One UN diplomat recalls that in 1969 a Cuban named Rafael Mauel Garcia Bango was arrested in Madrid for trafficking in counterfeit U.S. dollars and sentenced to 18 years in prison…
