Photos of the Day – The Miami we grew up in that is now gone

For those of us who grew up in Miami during the 70s and 80s, many of these places were part of our childhood. They are all gone now and all we have left are photos and incredible memories.

  1. There is still a Spec’s in “El Tercer Mundo Asociado de Puerto Pobre” selling $30 LPs and $18 Korean boy band CDs.

Do not ask me how such a store is still open or how such a money pit of an island is still a US territory. I would say both are a matter of time.
