This Saturday, April 13, at the Tamiami Airport a ceremony honoring the memory of those who lost their lives during the Bay of Pigs will take place starting at 10:am. The event will include a screening of the award winning documentary about the Brigade 2506 Air Force, Alas de Libertad/Wings of Freedom by Radio and Television Marti. The documentary provides an excellent narrative of the courage and bravery of those Cuban pilots who supported the expedition at the Bay of Pigs to liberate Cuba from communism.
