Despite coronavirus, 31 Cubans jump into the sea to escape socialism, land in Key West

While the media is busy lauding the communist Castro dictatorship’s handling of COVID-19 and protesters in the U.S. praise Cuba’s “equality,” Cubans continue throwing themselves into the sea to escape socialism.

A group of 31 Cuban rafters land at the Florida Keys in the midst of coronavirus

This past Thursday, July 16, in the early morning hours, a group of 31 Cuban rafters landing in Key West, Florida. Specifically, they landed on the spot that marks the 90 mile stretch between the U.S. and the island, reported America Teve.

According to their report, the landing took place at approximately 4:00 AM (local time) and was filmed by two locals, 23-year-old Katherine Molina and a musician and disc jockey known as “Bless.” They were strolling through the area where they landed and helped them come ashore.
