Dissident rapper Maykel “Osorbo” Castillo, a member of the San Isidro Movement, was once again arbitrarily arrested by State Security agents, activists report on social media.

According to independent journalist Hector Luis Valdes, he was arrested at Old Havana’s Central Park while he was talking with friends. “A uniformed police officer arrived asking for their identification documents and later he was taken to the Cuba and Chacon station,” the reporter and activist posted on Facebook.
