But Castor doesn’t look vacant; it’s just bad lighting. How do people like this get elected? Never mind. The same way Carlos’s horrific representative in Congress does. The same way Hugo Chávez did–by people who can’t put two and two together. But of course they get to vote even if they’re deranged lunatics, no matter what the consequences, because fitness to vote is irrelevant. Lord knows fitness to be POTUS is.
I don’t know the demographics of Castor’s district, but I assume she doesn’t need the Cuban vote, because she obviously should not be getting any Cuban support. Of course, there is always the Cubanoid vote.
