Fidel Castro’s grandson promotes a party at his EFE Bar in Havana

Sandro Castro, the wayward grandson of deceased Cuban dictator Fidel Castro, has reappeared on social media promoting another party at his bar in Havana He appears driving in a car along with his girlfriend Laura Daniela Alvarez.

“Good afternoon, my people, without a doubt, the best option you have this Sunday is Bar Morro 52 with a concert by Camila Guevara along with La Selva project. We begin at 6 PM and we’ll be partying at the EFE Bar until sunrise, you bastards,” says the short video he shared on his girlfriend’s Instagram account. The post was later deleted, but not before many were able to download the video.

Not wanting to be left out, Laura Daniela can be heard saying in the video: “Well family, you’ve heard the news, we’ll see you at 6 PM at Morro 52, and the after party at EFE Bar.”

On the Instagram account of the EFE Bar, which is located on 23rd avenue on the corner of F street in Vedado, a post on Tuesday announced the return of the after midnight parties.

The post promoting the party that starts after midnight talks about a June 28 event that will be “our first event” where they will be raffling off “a bottle of añejo rum and other items along with free cover for 3 persons”

The invitation also says women will receive a 25% discount on the bar’s cover charge.
