Get out of here, filthy savages! This beach is too nice for you! From now on, this location you call home is reserved exclusively for superior human beings from abroad. Go crawl into some crumbling building somewhere else.

Now, that’s what you can call a real Revolution! That’s what you can call real “social justice.”

Call it a “preferential option for tourists,” just as the Marxists who invented “liberation theology” say that God has a “preferential option for the poor.” Or just call it what it is, apartheid pure and simple.

Yes, that’s the way to go. Kick out the inferior savages. Reserve their beach for superior human beings. Call it “equity” while you’re at it, and “diversity” and “inclusion” too. Superior beings have been deprived of access to that beach for far too long, and the area has been an exclusive enclave of dark-skinned people for too long.

Now, Mildred, do you finally understand why Pope Francis loves King Raul Castro so much? Don’t you see? King Raul is just as human as white South Africans or the Nazis who ruled the Third Reich. Yes, inhuman monsters are human too.

Now, do you see why King Raul is so “human”?

A decree approved by the Council of Ministers and published in the Official Gazette, converts Playa Larga, in the south of Matanzas, into a territory of “preferred tourist use”, which gives the Castro government the possibility of expelling the inhabitants of the area to build more hotels.

According to the provisions of Agreement 9367, an area with a total area of ??248.50 hectares was defined, nestled between the town of Playa Larga (urban area) and the summer resort facilities in Playa Máquina, belonging to the Ciénaga de Zapata municipality of Matanzas.

According to the text of the decree, “the objective is to rescue and preserve the environmental, heritage and tourist-recreational values ??of Playa Larga and its surroundings”, however, in practice all residents could be expelled from that area or they have summer houses alleging a “greater good” which is tourism development. The hotels that would be built would be in the hands of the State and the military apparatus that controls this sector: the emporium Grupo de Administración Empresarial (Gaesa).

What was approved by the Council of Ministers makes it clear that the area “is owned by the Cuban State,” and that those who have a home there must do so “temporarily, without constituting a permanent residence.”
