No comment on this story from Castrogonia’s leading “sexologist” Mariela Castro, the Booger Princess.

No comment either from any American news media who normally pay extensive attention to all cases involving charges of transphobia and homophobia.

No surprise here. If this were happening here in the U.S. or Europe, or Canada, or any other affluent country this story would be front page news. Aaaaah.. . . but this story involves savages. . .and a widely-admired socialist utopia. . . so who cares?

Savages who are trans women don’t count as fully trans because, as savages, their intellect is to dim to fully understand gender identity issues. So, a Latrine dimwit like Brenda — pictured above — needs to be dismissed as a subhuman oddity of no consequence. Moreover, since she dared to criticize socialism she deserves to be called by her former male name “Freddy Luis” throughout her trial, to be housed with male prisoners, to have hear head shaved, and to be raped the very first day she’s thrown into prison.

Remember, like all Cubans she is a savage, a natural slave, and she was insolent enough to complain about the marvelous utopian paradise created for her and all other dim-witted Cubans by good-hearted socialists. How dare she!

The Cuban Supreme Court upheld the 14-year sentence against Brenda Díaz, a trans woman imprisoned in the men’s unit of a prison after participating in the 11J protests.

The sentence, to which the Efe press agency has had access, approves the arguments of the military court that sanctioned her in the first instance for the crimes of public disorder and sabotage, stating that the sentence was legal, fair and rational.

“It is an unjust and discriminatory sentence,” the United States Embassy in Cuba declared on Twitter on Thursday, in a message accompanied by the hashtag #PresosPorQué?

The Embassy also expressed concern about the treatment he receives in prison.

“They have been cruel to her… they did not lower anything of her prison sentence, not even a year,” criticized Ana María García, mother of Brenda Díaz, in a telephone interview with Efe.

Díaz is in the men’s pavilion of the Güines municipality prison (Mayabeque), despite the fact that she does not correspond to her gender identity. It is a special penitentiary center -with a section for men and another for women- for people with the HIV virus, like her.

Her mother denounced that her daughter’s hair was shaved off completely when entering the prison and she suffered a sexual assault inside it.

  1. As you know, Carlos, this situation does NOT matter. It would only matter if the victimizers were or could be taken for right-wing. There is no such thing as a left-wing victimizer by the standards of the usual suspects.
