Congratulations to Rachel Martin Padilla, a Cuban American who has been chosen by the Miss International Pageant to represent Cuba for 2022 in Japan. Originally from Güines in Mayabeque Cuba, the 23-year-old became a model when she arrived in the U.S. The daughter of circus performers, she studied ballet in Cuba, but her dream was to become a fashion model. Luckily, once she obtained freedom in the U.S., she was able to realize that dream.
