Mexico’s Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador continues to show the world he is a friend of murderous totalitarian dictatorships and no friend of freedom, human rights, or the rule of law.
Cuban dictator Miguel Díaz-Canel will visit President López Obrador in Mexico
Apparently, the reason for the visit is to personally thank Díaz-Canel for sending almost 600 Cuban doctors, hired by the communist regime to work in Mexico
The Cuban dictator Miguel Díaz-Canel will meet with the President of Mexico, Andrés Manuel López Obrador, next Saturday, February 11 in the city of Campeche, capital of the homonymous state located in the southeast of the country.
The Office of the Mexican Presidency reported that the reception will take place at 08:00 local time (14:00 GMT), and it will be the fourth time that Díaz-Canel, the president appointed by General Raúl Castro for his succession to power, will visit Mexico. .
Apparently, the reason for the trip is to personally thank Díaz-Canel for sending almost 600 Cuban doctors who arrived to work in hospitals of the Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS), located in remote areas of the country, the EFE news agency reported. .
The arrival of Cuban doctors in Mexico occurred after the Institute of Health for Well-being denounced in 2022 a deficit in the public sector of doctors specializing in internal medicine, gynecology and obstetrics, pediatrics, dermatology and anesthesiology in rural and remote areas.
The government of the leftist López Obrador launched the National Day for the Recruitment and Hiring of Specialist Doctors in response to the lack of personnel to cover the almost 14,323 vacancies.
According to the official reports, there was an alleged lack of interest from national professionals, which prompted the Mexican government to ask the island’s regime to hire its doctors to fill the vacancies. Since then, 553 Cubans have arrived in Mexico to work in 12 states of the country: 300 men and 253 women, according to official sources cited by Infobae.

AMLO encapsulates why I have such a VERY low opinion of Mexico–and no, he’s not a fluke.
As for Cuba’s “president,” he looks far more Slavic than Cuban, which goes with his overall illegitimacy.
