Leaked audio reveals Cuban dictatorship officials strategizing oppression during July 11 protests

Audio of Castro regime officials in Artemisa plotting how to violently quash the massive protests that took place on July 11, 2021 has been leaked and is making the rounds on social media.

Via CiberCuba (my translation):

Audio leaked on social media reveals the regime’s repressive strategies in the province of Artemisa against protesters to contain the massive uprising that began on July 11, 2021.

In the audio, made known by Manuel Milanes, the top officials of the party and the government in that province give instructions to local “cadres” on how to oppress and contain protesters.

It reveals the details of what appears to be a plan of oppression on a national scale that was named the Baragua Plan, according to the audio, which contains the voice of Gladys Martinez Verdecia, a member of the Politburo and the First Secretary of the Provincial Committee of the Cuban Communist Party in Artemisa.

“We deploy Plan Baragua starting now. If we have to push them using the flag stick, we push them using the flag sticks. The sticks have to be ready for use if they’re needed,” said the official.

That the communist Castro dictatorship employs brutal and violent oppression against the Cuban people is not in question. What is in question is if Biden will ignore it as Obama did and give the regime concessions.

  1. During the French revolution, the oppressors became the oppressed.

Stalin used the tactic of starving those who would not cooperate (Ukrainian farmers) thus reducing the number of mouths to feed.

Just options available to the Cuban leadership for the future of Cuba.
