Ultimate reward of socialism

He spent his entire adult life supporting the communist dictatorship that ruined his nation, only to be killed by the inefficiency and corruption of the very system he defended.

The old man was known as a “combatiente,” that is, a combatant or zealot for the so-called Revolution.

This miserable ending to his life was his ultimate reward.

The malnourished elderly Cuban man from the province of Holguín who recently fainted in the street, and was recorded on a video, has died.

Audiovisual producer Manuel A. Rodríguez Yong assured in a message posted on his Twitter social network that the man would have died due to his deteriorated condition and a concussion he suffered on his head.

“Do you remember the video recorded in Holguín where an old man a few days ago collapsed in the middle of the street, presumably due to hunger? Well, it turns out that as a result of the fall, the man, who was a strong supporter of the Castro dictatorship, also suffered a brain concussion and unfortunately died these days #Cuba”, says the message of the Cuban producer.

Rodríguez Yong emphasized the abandonment of the regime towards this man, who was also known to “be a combatant”, but like all those who support Castroism, he remained in ruins and without help.

The video of the elderly Cuban when he fell to the ground, allegedly suffering from starvation, was published by the independent media Cubanet, in the audiovisual with painful images about that moment, it is seen when some people help the Cuban, who is extremely thin, to get up ground.

It was also known that the elderly Cuban had his checkbook with him, but this is like having nothing, because it is not enough to cover the needs with the wealth that exists on the island.

In Cuba, many elderly people remain on the streets hungry, begging for alms, or looking through the garbage for something to eat. Others are locked up in the ranches where they live, waiting for charity from their neighbors to eat some food a day.

  1. I know the case of a “comecandela” type who was rabidly pro-Fidel till she got Alzheimer’s, by which point, being totally useless to the regime, she was of zero interest to it. Her final years would have been horrible, except that a “gusano” sibling in Miami sent money and goods regularly to supply her needs till she died.

  2. This case illustrates the totality of Cuba’s communistic system. It is what awaits the entire nation.. Cuba is like a giant game of musical chairs. By design there are never enough chairs for everyone. The one left out has to leave the country or like this good comrade die of starvation. It was his last task for his emperor god Castro. I would like to think that his last words were “yo soy Fidel”. May all Cubans soon die such a honorable death.
