Cubans rejected learning English and becoming a state of the United States. Now they will be learning Russian and will become a colony of the Russian Federation.
Of course the Cuban government just sees Russia as another sucker that they can get capital from and never repay their debts. It worked so well with Spain, France, Britain and the EU. However, the Russians are known to use their secret agents to murder people that betray Russia. It would be hilarious if Russia can accomplish what the CIA was never able to do.
