  1. Some years ago, Japan donated over 100 garbage trucks to Havana so that they could help in managing the garbage problem in the once beautiful and pristine city. Those garbage trucks were never seen in Havana. I suspect that the regime [like they always do] probably donated or sold the trucks to some other country. Fidel Castro used to do this a lot. In order to get browning points from the world, he would give away Cuba’s natural patrimony to other countries and the Hell with Cubans! Sometimes in order to make money he would sell it. For instance, tourists reported seeing powdered milk that were marked “donated by the Red Cross” for sell in dollar-only tourist stores, also, the regime used to use Red Cross donated ambulances as paddy wagons.
