The two Babalu bureaus listed above engaged in quite a wrestling match to determine which of the two would get top billing. This is a tough one, brethren. Is all of this malfeasance due to socialist ideology or Latrine American dysfunction?
Moot question, one might argue. The end result of this experiment is awful, any way you look at it: Millions of Mexicans are being injected with a Cuban Covid vaccine that is untested and also woefully past its expiration date.
No surprise here. Mexican quasi-dictator AMLO loves Castro, Inc. so much that he bought shiploads of its untested Covid vaccine, and now, after many months of delays, those vaccines are being administered to impoverished Mexicans. Can anything good come out of this? You know the answer. Castro, Inc. is involved. Can there be any outcome that isn’t absolutely disastrous?

Employees of the Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS) in the state of Morelos denounced that the authorities force them to apply expired doses of the Cuban Abdala vaccine.
The workers, who asked not to reveal their names, told the Mexican newspaper El Universal that the orientation is to discreetly apply expired vaccines in the 24 IMSS units in Morelos, as well as in the health centers of that state.
The Mexican media pointed out that the complaint was accompanied by photos of the bulbs whose doses correspond to batch A182029 with an expiration date of “August 2023.”
The head of the IMSS operational body in that state, Angélica María Martínez López, rejected the complaint and stated that they received a first batch close to 90,000 doses of Abdala, to be applied to the entire local population.
The Government of Mexico began a vaccination campaign last week that will mainly apply the Abdala vaccine purchased from the Cuban regime at the national level. The Mexican Undersecretary of Prevention and Health Promotion, Ruy López Ridaura, stated that Abdala is effective in preventing serious complications and deaths caused by the omicron variant and its subvariants.
Until the beginning of September, the Government of Mexico had only applied 1.2% of the Abdala vaccines that it purchased from its Cuban ally in 2022 to confront Covid-19. The drug, developed by the Center for Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology of the Cuban Ministry of Public Health, still does not have the endorsement of the World Health Organization (WHO).

Mexico should never have bought vaccines that have no WHO approval because they were never duly vetted. Of course, since AMLO spent Mexican money on them, albeit purely as a pretext to help Castro, Inc., now he wants to make it look like he didn’t simply throw the money away, which he absolutely did.
As for which bureau, this is absolutely Latrine dysfunction, obviously leftist. I don’t see how Mexicans can look at themselves in the mirror, let alone go out in public, without being deeply ashamed.
This very sorry business proves that AMLO doesn’t care about his own people, or certainly cares far less about them than he does about propping up Castro, Inc. It’s really quite flagrant; nothing subtle about it.
